The PP-19 has the highest headshot multiplier of all submachine guns, with high accuracy, a consistent recoil pattern, and a large magazine size. This comes at the cost of a very short effective range and low rate of fire.

- "28" is written in yellow text on the receiver above the rear of the magazine.
- "095" is written in cream text on the rear of the bolt housing.
- "9x18" is engraved on the magazine and receiver. The engraving on the right side of the magazine is mirrored.
